Return Policy

We understand how important it is for your new Bikini to fit just right in order for you to look and feel your best. It is very important for us to make this process as easy and accurate as possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your product and have selected the right size, we, therefore, are always here to assist if you need guidance or advice, or simply refer to our size guide if you have any questions about a specific Bikini or would like assistance please contact us info@kahini.com.au.

Our return guidelines are as follows:

-We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
-The product must be unworn
-Hygiene liner must be attached to a product
-The product must be returned in the original package and garment bag
-Kahini The Label swing tags attached
-The product must be returned within 20 Days of received date

Kahini Label will send a confirmation email once the item has been received and checked, a store credit will be issued within 2-3 days of return.

Our return guidelines are as follows:

Send an email to info@kahini.com.au notifying us on your return and reason. Please quote your order number, and we will reply with return address details. Products must be returned in their unused, original condition and in their original packaging. Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded. Once your return is received, store credit is issued for the original purchase amount, minus original shipping charges and discounts. Your credit will be issued within 2 to 4 weeks of the day your package is received at our facility. Faulty Goods If you feel the goods you have purchased is faulty or defective please notify us by email prior to returning the goods, preferably with photos showing default and clearly explaining the reason for the return and the original invoice for the purchase. If the product is faulty you will either be given a refund in full (including a refund of the delivery charges for returning the item to us) within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods, or we will replace the goods free of charge. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, with proof of purchase, the reason for return and corresponding order number. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post office. The goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them. All refunds will be given using the original payment method.
